We stayed overnight after landing at Terminal 2 and taking the train to Terminal 5. It was excruciatingly hard to find the hotel and there is absolutely nothing helpful on the hotel's website. The person who checked me in was gracious enough to upgrade our room, but I was really angry by the time I got to the check in counter. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put helpful and clear instructions on the website about how to find the gangway from Terminal 5. It really put me in a bad mood when it took so much effort and wrong turns to get there.

SHOUT OUT TO JAMIE a concierge who assisted me with getting checked in for a British Airlines flight - after a stressful day. HE even gave me drink vouchers for myself and my husband! His expertise (there were crazy work arounds needed in the BA system and the Sofitel printer went down) and patience and kindness went a LONG way to making our experience amazing!!! If we fly through Heathrow again we will certainly book SOFITEL! THANK YOU

This is the only hotel that is walkable and all of London Heathrow. It is extremely clean and organized. Perfect stay at London Heathrow terminal five.
