DO NOT STAY HERE!!!BED BUGS!!! I went to sleep and woke up with bites all over my arms. So, I promptly looked for a sign of bedbugs but found nothing. However the second night I acquired more bites and did a full strip down of the sheets, blankets, and the mattress protector and sure enough. A bed bug. When I went to the front desk to ask for plastic bags, the receptionist was exceedingly rude when I requested more than 2 as I had a lot of luggage. Secondly, when I spoke to the manager, he was also terribly rude. I asked for a refund but said he would only give me one night. I said that wouldn’t be acceptable and that I had been dealing with it the past two nights and only found proof on the second day. And thank goodness I did. He argued he would only refund once they called an inspector and confirmed that there was in fact a bed bug. However I showed him the proof and said that I could show him the bed bug in the room if the picture wasn’t enough yet he refused. Finally I brought up that I would be writing a negative review on this hotel to make sure others don’t fall into this unfortunate circumstance and then he became immediately more negotiable. However he said he would not give us a refund BECAUSE we would still write a negative review and that wouldn’t help HIM. I was dumbfounded at his response and asked him if he was serious as, I didn’t believe his response. After persisting they finally issued a “refund” but I have yet to receive payment back on my credit card.

Nice folks, pleasant stay

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone says hello when you meet in the hallways. Breakfasts had a nice variety of baked goods, hot food, and cereals. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need. Especially appreciated free WiFi and having 2 luggage racks. Nice, affordable accommodation for families or budget travelers.
