Everything appeared to be neat and clean, but somewhat sparse on some things. There was no regular coffee in the room, only decaf. Refrig and freezer were quite dirty! Outside window was very dirty. Receptionist said they have trouble getting good help!

Had stayed a property in the past so didn’t pay attention to the reviews prior to this visit. Breakfast wasn’t that great. Desk person at check in was awesome but the other two I had contact with were less desirable. One day when they cleaned our room I came back to the air off and none of the trash taken out and the smell was bad from banana peelings and left over food boxes and when I called the front desk I was told that I have to bring them the trash...... and then upon check out the desk person was rather rude to me. I was traveling with two elderly people and we felt safe at hotel and great location. But lacking in customer service other then the first desk associate.
