The property was surprisingly pleasant considering the drive thru downtown was concerning due to homelessness & obvious drug use. The area around the hotel was clear of any of the activity. The breakfast was the best I’ve e er experienced in a hotel. - The only draw back was a recent food stain (melted ice cream?) on the carpet in front of the refrigerator. It definitely should have been shampooed before rebooking. - Other than that, the staff was pleasant, the facility was nice, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The heating unit in room 111 was producing as much cold air as warm air. There was a very cold draft coming from behind the curtains. We had to turn the thermostat up to 85 degrees in order to keep the room temperature comfortable. Understandably the outdoor temperature was negative 20 degrees and the heat/air unit is on an outside wall. Shuttle service and breakfast were excellent.

Rooms were very clean and service was amazing! Pet friendly, we had our 2 dogs and felt very welcome! Great location close to downtown but just far enough to feel completely safe with my young child. I won’t stay anywhere else when in Spokane!
