An everything you need, nothing you don't kinda place. Feels about right for the rate...a little worn in some spots but overall clean, nice staff and centrally located. And really, you're not in NYC hoping to spend the day in your room. Only a couple blocks to subway and Flatiron. Travelling with an 11-year old so the included breakfast got us out the door on a solid note. Would stay again.

If you are looking for a low-budget option with high-budget staff, this is the place. I could not believe the friendliness of the staff. The check-in experience was the perfect way to start off our trip. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Despite a lot of construction going on outside - don't be discouraged. The location is great. The staff is great. and although small, the room was very clean and updated. We had a great view from our window. We really like the location. This hotel was a great value for NYC
