We had never been to Chattanooga. Found this rental by reading previous reviews. It was everything the reviews said. Close to all the attractions we wanted to see. We took our bicycles and did all our exploring by bike for the most part. Beautiful city.

The property was clean and convenient and comfortable and in a fun neighborhood. There are stairs to get to the unit, which was not an issue for us, but could be if you are not prepared.

Charles was a fantastic host. He checked in with us via the VRBO app several times. The apartment is clean and is accurately reflected in pictures. There is plenty of room for a family to spread out! Fyi, there are two short sets of stairs to get to the apartment.

Great location and apartment as advertised
The owner was very easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. The apartment was exactly how the pictures perceived it to be. The location was great as it was a short five minute drive to the downtown area where the IronMan race was being held. This apartment is also in walking distance to a couple of awesome bars/restaurants. We also walked to Goodfellas Pizzeria. My ONLY complaint (and other reviews commented on it as well) is that the wall between the bedroom and the other apartment is paper thin. They had a very loud party going until 2 in the morning and we had to be up by 4 am for the IronMan race. Also, the smell of weed came through strong. The owner of this VRBO has no control over that and it's not his fault. However, since it was in other reviews of this property and also then happened to us, I thought I should share. Again though, this place was perfect in every other way!! We would still stay here again!.
