COZY: Two bedroom, two bath and one small office Cottage with a woodburning fireplace, and sunroom, on three acres, located in a quiet neighborhood about three miles from Montpelier estates and four miles from Main Street Orange, VA. Close to Various wineries. 40 minutes to Monticello and Charlottesville, thirty minute drive to Culpepper and 40 minutes to Lake Anna. Large side yard for guest boat parking. Also close to various restaurants. Full kitchen with with gas stove and utensils.

Surrounded by Central Virginia's Best
This is our 3rd stay in this cozy cottage surrounded by beautiful farmland, wineries, and distant mountains. James is a wonderful host! The property is accurate as pictured and described. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of seating for our group of 3 to stay and host an additional 3 for Thanksgiving dinner. We love the large back yard and sitting out on the back deck enjoying the natural beauty and privacy. Recommended for family and friend groups to enjoy the beautiful central Virginia area. Close to Charlottesville, Skyline Drive, many wineries, eateries, history, and picturesque small towns. Thank you to James for another wonderful stay.

This was great for our 2 days there. Clean house and host very prompt. The doors creak a bit and there are insects outside trying to make their way in 😀. Maybe an occasional bug spray may fix that. We enjoyed it. Thanks.

Class reunion
Being from Orange, I needed a place to stay for a 40th class reunion. The Cozy Cottage was everything we wanted and more. This home has been beautifully updated and comfortable. It had great mattresses for a great nights sleep, as well as all the amenities you could need. We travel with our dogs. So we as well as them really loved the large almost 3 acre flat lot to run and play ball in. On the second morning we woke up to rain. So for us the back closed in porch was great to enjoy our morning coffee. This home is close to everything, and minutes to Orange. Several beautiful vineyards are very close by as well.

Aaaahhh!!!
This cottage is perfect for two to four people. It is well-equipped, comfortable, and sooo peaceful! We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sun set over the fields. It feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, but the house is just a few miles from Orange. We're looking for an excuse to return.

Nice getaway right outside of Orange
Nice house with huge backyard which especially the dogs enjoyed Perfectly located right outside of Orange and only a short drive to Gordonsville or lake Anna We stayed with our two dogs When in this area definitely check out the winery down the road! Very lively family ran vineyard which recently opened
