Nast and discusting

Feces on comforter. Food left in the refrigerator. Pill wrappers on floor Chang on floor. Coke bottles under sheets on bed. Pubic hair on toilet. THIS IS NOT A JOKE

None of the problems were addressed and reply from

Pros: At this point, nothing.
Cons: Everything. Customer service and satisfaction does not seem to be a priority with this hotel.
Location: Not the best and not a lot of things to do nearby.
Because of the circumstances of my visit I had to check in, drop my bags and leave. The refrigerator needed defrosting but I could not turn it off because the temperature control was missing. When I asked the person cleaning the rooms to have it defrosted, I was ignored. Upon return late that night I saw bugs crawling on the bed. With the high occurences of bedbugs I took no chances. I alerted the front desk and checked out. The manager did not contact me the next day as I was told and after I called and left a message was not contacted until a week later.

Pros: Friendly front desk staff. Clean, comfortable room.
Cons: Air conditioning in gazebo common area.
Location: Near the airport.
No problem checking in. Decent restaurant. Clean room.

Occupied

We checked into the hotel after midnight. Exhausted from driving all day, we were ready to get to our room and go to sleep. The problem was that when we unlocked the door, we discovered that someone was already in the room! She was startled, and so were we. She called the front desk as we went back down to ask for another room. We were handed a new key as soon as we got to the desk, and we were too tired to expect anything more at that moment. It was troubling though.

Don't stay here

Though this hotel was not the worst I've ever stayed in, it was far from quality. There are a few decorative items to make the hotel look nice and modern, such as a pretty check-in lobby and a water fountain but don't be fooled! My first indication it wasn't great was as I was checking in, there was a man also at the desk who was getting a key to his new room because his current room had two dead cockroaches on the bed. He was a corporate traveler and had also asked to be placed in a different wing of the hotel because he had also had problems with this hotel the last time he stayed. The first thing I do when going to a room is to check the sheets, pillowcases, and bed for cleanliness. Upon inspecting my room I immediately noticed hairs on the bed sheets, which were also very wrinkled and clearly had not been changed from the last person but rather just tucked back in. I called and had housekeeping come change all the sheets and pillowcases immediately. My other gripe is the air conditioner was extremely LOUD and never cut off. I turned the temperature up some and put the fan on low but I could not turn it off or it was very hot in the room so I dealt with the constant loud noise of the air-conditioner. Like I said it is not the worst but for right at $100 per night it is most definitely overpriced for the low quality!!

Great for long layover

Location: There is a restaurant in the hotel and a few nearby.
The hotel was perfect for a long layover. It is conveniently located near the airport via the free shuttle. After a long day of traveling, it was refreshing to encounter such friendly and helpful shuttle drivers and hotel staff. The pillows were too thick for my neck so I slept without one on the pillow top mattress.

Nice Hotel, near airport but you wouldn't know it.

Pros: Internal courtyard/atrium with water features.
Location: The hotel was near to the airport but was free of all the noise associated with airports.
This hotel is centered around a multi-storied atrium, which in itself was a quiet oasis in which to enjoy a beverage or collect your thoughts after your day's travels. The staff was friendly & courteous. The room was clean and quiet.

Nice hotel close to the Charlotte airport.

Missed connecting flight in Charlotte North Carolina airport needed immediate overnight lodging. Booked lodging with confirmation while standing in line waiting for a taxi. It was fast and convenient and satisfied immediate need.
