Excellent experience

Front desk staff was excellent....probably most sincere and genuine of any place we have stayed. Remembered our names and greeted us by name the next morning when we left. Room had broken closet door and dresser drawer when we arrived. Maintenance staff was in room within five minutes of calling to repair....very courteous and professional

Under staffed - not clean

Nice hotel, but our pull out couch had dirty sheets and blanket on it - pizza leftover. Bathrooms in lobby had toilet paper all over seats and floor. Little cleanliness details were really bad and mostly due to the fact that there was one totally over whelmed staff person serving food at the bar, checking people in and doing all room calls. I wouldn't stay again and I stay at these kind of places all the time for work. Go with a Residence Inn over this Hilton brand.

Great hotel!

Pros: Service, bed, shower/bathroom, location, price, I guess pretty much everything!
Cons: Breakfast
Location: Tupelo Honey Cafe is a must! Delicious food, wonderful service, can't say enough!
Arrived an hour before the check in time and were able to go in right away! Wonderful and friendly service every step of the way. The room was perfectly clean and had a great layout- definitely made it a comfortable hotel room but still feeling a bit luxurious. Nice, large bathroom and real hair dryer (not the crappy ones on the wall). They offer a free continental breakfast which we had one of the mornings we were here. It was OK - pretty standard from most continental breakfasts I've experienced. Service was definitely great during it though.

Outstanding

Pros: Breakfast, Housekeepers and st
Cons: Fire alarm went off two nights in a row.
Location: For our trip all was ok
My family and I stayed seven days. This was a great experience. My children love the stay. I was really empresses by the house keeping. They went far above their duties to make us comfortable. I would do it again.

The staff is so friendly and helpful!

Pros: friendly and helpful staff, very clean room and throughout the hotel it felt and looked clean, breakfast choices are plentiful
Location: Close to Interstate 77 and very easy to find. This is about a 7 minute drive to where my daughter lives and works out perfect for me.
I stayed here the beginning of May with a daughter that is vegan. Staff was very helpful in finding us vegan friendly restaurants. Went down the beginning of October for my grandson's baptism and the desk staff remembered us and the reason for our first visit, to see my grandson.

I'd stay here again.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Breakfast sandwich options that didn't include cheese.
The room was so nice that we would have liked to stay an extra day. However, our plans made that impossible. The staff was very caring and friendly. I needed to do laundry in the morning and the soap dispenser appeared to be out. THREE people gladly took time out of their other responsibilities to find laundry soap for me. I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable place to stay.

This was a very pleasant motel in Charlotte. I would stay there again without any hesitation. The only constructive criticism would be, the bed pillows were too soft.

Fantastic Staff, Delicious & Varied Breakfast

From the moment I entered the lobby, I felt welcomed, happy beginning with Aaron at the front desk. He was professional, courteous & efficient! My room was spacious and comfortable. The couch had a couple sinking cushions, and the mattress had a dip, but both were still quite comfy! The hotel offered free wifi, free printing, & 24 hour service. The vast breakfast included a number of juices, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, etc. The attendants kept everything well stocked. It was a short stay, but a great one!
