I was very upset with the staff when they decided that it was okay to swipe all the money off my checking account and except cash from me when it was time for me to check out but didinr tell me that my room was already taken care of through my card. I got stuck in a city with nowhere to go because the hotel had all of my money on my card as well as all of my cash. Apparently it was against hotel policy to return cash back to a customer even though they already paid through a debit card. They didn't even offer me a room to stay in till I was able to get my money back from my bank. Luckily I had a friends house that I could stay over for a few days. If I didn't I would've been sleeping out of my car because of this hotel. I would recommend the hotel for the nice rooms but not the breakfast and definitely not the staff! Not even the manager but if you do I would suggest you ask them first if your room has already been paid for with the card you have them to hold your room. That way you wouldn't be paying twice.
