The room was okay. One of the light fixture covers was broken and hanging. The sheets were dirty and so was the duvet cover. When I tried to contact the front desk they never answered the phone. So I heard people talking outside the room door opened the door and it was one of the front desk clerks. So I then asked for fresh linens, which took about 10 minutes. The walls are paper thin and this one guest just kept crying outside her room at night and in the morning, it's like hush already geez whiz. The neighborhood is very questionable. Housekeeping was rude and just kept knocking saying he was going to enter our room and that it was check out time; crazy we were there for a few days. And we couldn't change hotels because once you book and pay at hotel.com you will not get a refund. Then he proceeded to say just hand me your dirty linens and trash then. So we gathered everything up and by the time we got to the door he was gone, so we left it outside the room door. And the last morning was the very worst. Front desk will excessively call your room and not respond when you answer the phone but will hang up and just keep doing it. Went to the front desk to get a receipt as the front desk clerk was rude and stated, "we don't give receipts, you'll just be emailed one." I would never stay here again. And please don't let me forget the pool; the pool is very small and the only way to the pool is through the front lobby. Pick another hotel, please!
