Sleep Inn Airport--Billy Graham Parkway

Two nights stay. Check-in was slow, not because it was crowded but because they were showing some type of error in computer but I showed them I had paid ahead of time. There was confusion as to where to come in to access room. It turns out the exit in the back is only used for exiting, you cannot enter, so I had to walk around to the side by the pool and enter in that door. The sign by that entry door said must you key to enter however I found on several occasions the dir was not locked. During check-in I was told I'd be charged 1.50 a day for a safe fee. When I said I won't be using the safe, the clerk said he would remove it when I checked out. I mentioned it to a person on check-out and it was removed. I didn't use the pool however it looked small to me. Not really any eating establishments in the immediate area. The Billy Graham Library is less than two miles away. They do accept pets for a $25 charge. My basic complaint was the walls are a little thin (I heard next door neighbor hacking and coughing) and guests don't know how to quietly shut a door.

Hi, I use this hotel frequently on my visits to Charlotte. The rooms are clean and tidy. The showers are showing signs of age as the temperature controls are temperamental.

It was cozy, the staff very friendly and helpful. We were only there for 1 night and I would stay there again if need be.

Close to city. Great place to stay if going to conventions in Charlotte, NC.
