I don’t really understand the bad reviews. We had a wonderful stay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was kind. Our room had a very well equipped kitchenette. All around we were very pleased.

The coffee machine which would have provided a "free" cup of coffee was broken. After using the coffee packet in the room I had to go to the desk and request another since the room was not cleaned or checked during our two day stay. Breakfast which was provided in the past has been discontinued. Desk clerks may or may not be wearing a mask.

Limited Staff

Pros: Comfort
Room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. However, upon arrival found no staff at Front Desk. Also passed desk several times while in/out of Hotel and staff rarely present at desk. We had to call from room to request service or get information.
