Convenient walking distance only to Outback restaurant. The room was clean; however, finger print smudges on window and interior door (not wiped down). Food was left previously in refrigerator, which we had to remove to utilize refrigerator for ourselves. Breakfast is to start at 7am, which coffee was ready, rolls, etc; however, hot breakfast was delayed til after 7:30am, as attendant was late for work that morning! This reflects on poor management of Holiday Inn Express facility. Won't return, and will book another hotel for next stay in future!!

The location was great and the hotel rooms are nice. The breakfast was good. The only issue we had was with the temperature of the pool and the hot tub didn’t work properly. Traveling with kids, you want a good pool and it would’ve been great if it wasn’t soooo cold!! That was a bummer.
