There was some kind of children sporting event that was hosted by the hotel and so there was a large number of children that were unsupervised and running up and down hall's till late at night yelling and being loud. And a large group of adults gathered in lobby and very few ppl practicing social distancing or wearing masks

The property was dirty / unclean. It was very uncomfortable outside my room (no air conditioning). The whole property was very unwelcoming and I will never stay at a Courtyard again. Do not get me wrong I understand that we as a country are dealing with Covid-19 and some civil unrest but this was bad! I deserve a refund!!!!
