Room smelled horrible of pet and they either wouldn’t or couldn’t move us. Would not stay here again. There was hair in the bathtub and furniture in room was stained. Got into town to late to try and find another hotel after driving 10 hours.

The original price quoted by Expedia was good The booking was wrong, no room on arrival-necessitating double the original price for the first night. had to check out and recheck in to another room the next day, has to negotiate a refund for the third night that I never requested. The breakfast was a joke: no spoons, coffee cream, limited tasteless offerings, 'fresh fruit' was week old soft apples wrapped in cellophane, Biscuits were cold and rock hard, gravy was paste. Not my first stay, but definitely my last. I have gone every year for 20 .

Although I did not have any problems with the AC/Heating in my room, there was a stack of new AC units in the lobby which indicated to me that they are actively working to improve the facility. I was satisfied with the free breakfast under the current COVID-19 restrictions. The price I paid was excellent compared to other area hotels. and I would stay here again if I was in the area.
