We planned a trip to CR for my husband’s 30th birthday 2 months in advance, we asked the hotel to decorate the room with petals or whatever they had in hand to say (happy birthday) in the bed to surprise him. When we checked in Monday, i asked the front desk about the request that’s when she told me that the manager stated that they’ve been busy and couldn’t do it. So unprofessional! I wish they had told me that prior to that I would have figured out something else. Beside that,it was a pleasant stay!
