Pros: (see above)
Cons: Soundproofing the windows of the rooms that face into interior ventilation shafts - too much noise from adjoining rooms and nearby hallways
Location: Templo, Catedral, Zocalo, Museums, Many Shops and Fine Restaurants - all within easy walking distance.
Centrally located - within blocks of virtually all attractions that visitors to the city seek out. Efficient and friendly staff throughout the hotel and adjoining restaurant (which is excellent in its own right).

enept staff,the service not up to standards

Pros: Visually it could be a very nice hotel.
Cons: Staff training could really improve the staffing on consistency and helpfuness.
Location: Location was convenient, close to things but far enough not to be too crazy.
The second day they took the cleaning staff took the scratchy towels and left no new ones. We had to go to the desk and ask for both towels and toilet paper. The cafe staff was uneven, was not at all helpful most of the time. They somethimes let us charge to the room and other times NO. They claimed the cappacino machine was not working whenever the guy who knew how to work it was not there. It was more about being poorly staffed than the rooms.
