For over 300 dollars a night we expected more. No hand soap to wash after using the bathroom. Ice machine not working. Beds were so close together we could barely walk in between. The room service was ridiculously over priced. There were no directions like a map to show around the resort. We couldn't find the pool we had to stop and ask people. We will not be returning.

Location is close to the lake and casino but expected much more for almost $300/night. There is no refrigerator in the room, the iron didn’t work and had to request a new one, the property is very dated, in need of an upgrade for the price being charged. Staff was friendly. Restaurants were okay. Aerie was better but prices are also premium. Would recommend checking around before booking. We stayed because of a wedding but otherwise might have picked a different resort.
