Charming, old style hotel very ornate and inviting. Staff was accommodating, but lacked some niceties I would have expected, asked for shower chair and none available. Door to room 215 doesn’t latch without being forced into place.

A boutique hotel not cookie cutter right on Route 66. Ability to stay inside and go to hotel bar or walk through to Jane’s restaurant. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Great room but not great experience

Pros: good staff.
Cons: The hotel is built from an old building and has wood floors. The walls are thin. I think you could greatly benefit by NOT putting people right next
This is the most amazing little hotel. Loved the bar in the lobby and the room.

Very Cozy

Pros: Atmosphere, wood floors, pretty room, front desk guy.
Cons: Food, put a liner on the bed between the moisture barrier and the sheets (it got hot),
We arrived two hours early and the room wasn't ready. I was not upset since check in is at 3. We just wanted to see where the hotel was located and maybe we could get in early. The front desk man was very sweet and directed us to the Bar and said maybe the room would be ready at 2. The bar was a bar. I ordered a French 75 and and the hubs ordered a beer. I had shrimp cocktail which had really great sauce. Around 2 we went back and the front desk person checked to see if our room was ready, it wasn't, but he did offer us a bottle of champagne to put in our room!! Very sweet. we left to do our activities and returned later that evening. Our room was painted a dark blue, with white trim, White bed, lovely chairs in a sitting area and wood floors. Loved the wood floors! It was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in and tried to find something on TV and all the premium channels were 'needing new equipment'. We ordered room service. I got Tomato soup, crab cakes and pretzel sticks. Food was eeh. They could bump up their food quality. The crab cakes seemed like they were frozen and just reheated. eeww. Overall I would go back. I would not eat the food however with so many great places to eat in tulsa.

Classy and welcoming

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. At our son's request, I cancelled our reservations at a popular chain hotel and he made reservations here; he heard about it through the University of Tulsa, where he works and is also an alumni. The decor is elegant and welcoming - our Art Deco room was beautiful and had a microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffe pot, and other desirable amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, The Campbell is a true gem!
