We had such a negative experience with the front desk staff that we had to contact the headquarters of the hotel. We have reached out to the CEO and many Directors/Supervisors in an attempt to have our issue resolved. Hopefully, upper management will do the right thing. We are still waiting to hear back.

We had a nice big room, and the hot tub was perfect! I think management changed since the last time we’ve been there because some other nice little extra touches are now gone. It’s very charming and very cute, but starting to get dilapidated.
