Nice and quiet location, away from noise and crowd. Great concept in general, but there is tone of room for improvement: 1) fix the listing: a) please upload real pictures, not those from the renovated unit; b) this property is not on the beach (you have to cross the main road); c) it's not a sandy beach; 2) do something about the fumes from the water heater entering the bathroom; 3) pool lining is way to rough; 4) not enough cookware in the unit (one sauce pan and that's it), nespresso machine would be nice; 5) some wishful thinking, like: covered parking spots, reopen the beach bar and bring back platform for entering the water, unit entry from the ground floor, on-site shop (water and ice cream would be enough)... etc.

Not worth the price
The villa didn’t seem too clean and it was quite disappointing. The sheets smelled like someone else slept there and that’s a deal breaker for me. There were hair in the tub drain and the bathrooms flooded at the first shower we took. For the price we paid, I expected so much more and this stay was not up to those standards. The property itself is well kept and it looks pretty but our particular villa was just not ok.

Geräumige, grüne Anlage in umittelbarer Strandnähe
Die Hotelanlage entspricht genau den Bildern auf der website. Sie liegt etwa 1,5 km vom nächsten Ort enfernt. Die Häuser sind sehr geräumig, und von großen Rasenflächen voneinander getrennt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die private Strandanlage des Hotels mit Palmen, Schirmen und Liegen wird nur von der wenig befahrenen Küstenstraße von der Hotelanlage getrennt. Ein Strandrestaurant mit hervorragender Küche ist von morgens bis Mitternacht für die Gäste da. Der nächste Ort ist etwa 1,5 km entfernt. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants. Wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist man hier am richtigen Ort.

Отель расположен в спокойном месте, рядом с часовней Богородицы. Номера уютные, есть хорошо оборудованная кухня (ППМ, микроволновая печь, электроплита, духовка, набор посуды и приборов), ухоженная территория, некоторые виллы оборудованы стационарным барбекю-комплексом, у нас был переносной. Все окна и двери на террасу оснащены противомоскитными сетками. Виллы расположены на некотором удалении от поселка Неа Скиони, примерно 1км, что избавляет клиентов от всякого шума. Пляж через дорогу,очень узкий, оборудован шезлонгами и зонтами, но вход в море не удобный: много водорослей и огромная галька, чтобы поплавать, идти приходится ооочень далеко. И нет душа. Этот недостаток решали с помощью машины и ездили на разные пляжи. Минусом, на мой взгляд, является не очень хороший интернет.
