I wanted to cancel after making a reservation. They agreed to cancel not mentioning that i would be charged regardless. After finding the charges I contacted the hotel and booking agency to no avail. I was charged for a stay that i didnt even have. Had i known i would be charged i definately would have gone! What was supposed to be a nice stay has transformed into a week of aggravation and unpleasantness.
