Very unorganized with the valet parking was told our pickup would be parked in a garage it wasn’t people at front desk we never there we had to wait, I had a family emergency and couldn’t make it for one of my stays, was told I would be paid back by the hotel never received payment l even emailed the manager with the confirmation number I got no response. Won’t stay again

Front desk girl wouldn’t let my husband check in. The room was booked under me and she refused to let him check in. Wouldn’t allow me to confirm over the phone. Rude to my husband and the hotel which is also a Hilton connected to the suites were also rude &talked to him like he was stupid because there’s 3 different hotels connected. Very rude and unprofessional

Nice view of bricktown and the ballpark. Within walking distance of everything. $25 for valet parking. Or you can park across the street and it’s $30 for 24 hours. Free breakfast but not a Buffett style. Scrambled eggs. Choice of bacon or sausage. And potato’s.
