The check in went very easily. We had a room on the 8th floor. The room was looking very poorly with stained furniture and broken, stained tile. I was unaware the pool was closed for renovation. The room temperature was too warm and did not get cool although it was in the 70’s outside. Unfortunately the air conditioner made a loud noise as well. I was excited to have a nice convenient restaurant in the lobby but was terribly disappointed when it took nearly an hour to get a burger that I would rate one star.
