There is no heat in the bathroom, in fact there is a vent that is not working where cold air comes in. The security door near my room has no lock. Each of 3 times I returned my key didn't work. Room was on the second floor and I had to keep going to the front desk for another key. Sliding automatic door was stuck and broken. The smell of trash in the second floor wes almost as overwhelming as the cleaner they used to cover it up. None of the employees were very helpful. Upon check in I stood there for 5 minutes until I noticed the girl slouching down behind the computer

The water in the shower was cold and they know its happening he said they share water with the Days inn hotel next door.the room smell like a lot of smoke and it was a whole cake in the Refrigerator so you know they're not cleaning the rooms good in covid

The clerk charged me more for the rooms than my reservation and when I questioned it, she told me that she could charge me an extra $50 if she chose but would not because she knew I was a good person. The rooms smelled musty, the carpets were dirty, the bathroom floor was sticky. The bed was OK, what I would expect. Overall, this was the 2nd worse hotel that I have stayed in over the last 20 years.

Don't stay here!!!!!

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life!! This hotel (if that's what you want to call it) is not the cleanest at all. You walk in to the main lobby and the floors are dirty, there is no one ever at the desk. I became skeptical of how the room would look once I seen how they kept the main lobby. I went to check the room before I even brought my bags in and as soon as I walk into the room I smell nothing but Lysol....which would leave someone to believe they didn't really clean everything they just sprayed Lysol to maybe make it smell clean. After being extremely disappointed in the room the worst part about was that the hotel and Travelocity would not allow me to cancel the reservation not could get any type of refund. So I was stuck either completely losing my money by going to another hotel or staying in a room that was unsatisfactory. I can guarantee that I will NOT be back to the quality inn for any reason, I would rather sleep in my car. I also can't see using Travelocity ever again they were no help getting me out of this bad situation and "hotels" like this should not be on your website.

Do not stay here

After taking a half hour to check in my crew (we were in town working) went to their room. 2 of my guys found a empty bag under the bed with residue of white stuff. We took it to the front desk and handed it over.
