As I prepared to get in bed there was a loud machine noise coming from the other side of the wall by the head board. My husband went out in the hall and noted that the facility commercial laundry was next to our room (shared the wall our bed was on). I went to the desk and requested a different room. Several staff shared that they have told their supervisors/owners that this room should be turned in to a storage area, but nothing has changed. This was a handicap room. I assume the owners allow this room to be in service and know that a disabled person wouldn't complain because they need the set-up of the room. How Awful.

all new, landscaping is vary nice pool and breakfast is supper great staff always asked if they can heil in any way

The couch in the room was dusty. The tub was clearly not cleaned properly as there was evidence of remaining soap scum. The conditioner dispenser in the shower was empty
