The ice machine was broken. The breakfast was good. A two room suite with one tv makes no sense. The pool was the size of a hot tub. The terrace was nice. The bar was closed, as was the restaurant after breakfast.

We have heard your suggestion about the tv count in the deluxe two bedroom suite and will communicate this to the proper channels! We do apologize temporarily we are not serving food beyond breakfast. As well as not opening the bar.

I have to compliment the staff. They are all very efficient and personable! Our TV did not work for some reason but we failed to report it. I would like it clarified when there is a breakfast included or not. One time continental Breakfast was included, then next time even coffee was not Included. I understand but it seems to vary from situation to situation.

However, I can assure you that our property is safe and have surveillance cameras in the hallways. All our rooms have wide closets. We do charge $3 for coffee, standard rate in Old San Juan, for gourmet 100% local Arabic seed. Kind Regards,

Great location. Quiet area but easy to walk to tourist sites and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, especially in telling us where to park. Street parking is now residents only, but there is a cheap lot in walking distance.

I loved the rooftop! And the hotel staff was amazing! My only complaint would be nothing the hotel has control over. Some of the other guests of the hotel were quite rude about the rooftop infinity pool. They ignored the capacity signage (2 people max) and let 3 of their kids splash around in the pool not 2 minutes after we had gotten in the pool.

Liked the rooftop area, but bar was closed. Bed was comfortable but really, really noisy. Couldn’t move without mAking loud noise. Wait Staff was very friendly, but not real attentive.
