Looks like they have worked on the rooms. Much nicer than I expected. The person who checked us in was pleasant. Could hear neighbors upstairs walking around but we choice the bottom floor. Nothing we couldn't sleep through.

There was horrible parking. I had to park in a handicap spot and barely slept thinking my car would be towed. Not enough spaces in the lot if they let too many cars park per room!

It was very convenient right off the freeway is close to Magic Mountain where we stayed and it was close to restaurants also

We were told over the phone we could pay ahead so that when my pregnant daughter got there at check in time she would be taken care of and could check in to her room after driving for 6 hours. When we got there the lady at the desk was very rude told us to come back after 2p there was no way they could run the payment early. when I tried to explain the situation and that I had spoke to someone that said it was ok, she cut me off and said we haven't even authorized your rooms. Very Rude day service. The late afternoon service was much nicer.

There was not a microwave, no coffee pot in room, no clock, Ironing board but no iron, refrigerator did not have a freezer, no drinking cups (only coffee cups but no coffee pot). Clean room, continental breakfast was sparse, road noise was untolerable .
