Top Bed linens could be replaced as ours had a big black mark on it and a new shower head would be nice. Otherwise the staff has been excellent and great location!

Great Hotel, Would Stay Here Again
Free breakfast, free dinner, and 3 free drinks per adult during happy hour every day, along with comfy beds, quiet rooms with noise-resistant walls, lots of conference rooms, and an indoor pool that extends outdoors under a retractable wall would have been enought to consider this a 5-star budget hotel. But I had to drop it by 1 star due to the very-low water pressure, the not-so-warm water temperature in the mornings, the older waffle makers, and the lack of variety of teas at breakfast (only Lipton).

Amazing! Loved they had free breakfast AND dinner, plus 3 free drinks for the adults and popcorn and soda for kids. Staff is super friendly and the pool and spa was nice and the kids loved it.

bad customer service
night manager upon checkin was RUDE because I asked her to combine my two reservation into one so that I would not have to go to the desk the next day to redo my keys. she kept insisting that she could not do this, however they have done it in the past many times....she kept treating me to cancel my reservation and force me to leave. No more Drury for me
