Photos are not representative, rooms are terrible and dirty, beds are uncomfortable and linens are very old and in some places ripped. Only thing that saved our trip ( on the way back from Hurricane Ida to assess our damages ) was Andrew the bartender in the rooftop bar, after everything we had gone through he made us smile and the drinks he made up were great! I don’t recommend anyone to stay at this Hotel but if you are in the area and thirsty take a chance that Andrew will be manning the bar.

I arrived at night and the parking situation was confusing. No signs were visible telling us where to park. The parking situation isn’t great when the on-site restaurant is packed, as it must have been when we arrived. Also, the entrance wasn’t well marked and it was also a little confusing because of the restaurant onsite. I wasn’t a fan of the bathroom in the room. It wasn’t a separate room. There was a sliding glass door (frosted) separating the bathroom area from the sleeping area. The pillows were square and hard to make comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel in the heart of Tallahassee

We stayed here passing through town for one night with our 5 month old. Very nice and clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable. The king room was nice because there was a little alcove where we could set up her pack n play and she had her own little area which was nice. The staff was all excellent. Very nice. Only complaint is the air was either really cold or kinda stuffy. And it made a rattling sound.

Very poor experience.

Pros: It was clean and sort of quiet. It was close to the law school that we were taking our son to.
Cons: Accounting, billing and response rate to a problem! I question their security.
The hotel charged my debit card an amount that was greater than the statement they presented me and added a bogus charge for a phantom water bottle they thought we drank? We did not even have toilet paper in the room when we checked in so a water bottle would have been way more than I expected. Then they charged my credit card a much higher amount than the room rate. So, they charged me twice, two different amounts and two different forms of payment. I have no idea how they got my debit card number??? No one knows why, still fighting to correct it. Very dissatisfied.

One of the best hotel ever, I enjoyed my 2 days.

Pros: I love the entertainment on the eight floor.
Cons: I can't think of any improvement, actually just maybe parking.
Location: Well not much to do in Tallahassee any ways.
From beginning to end, every one was courteous and pleasant. Room was clean, food great, and most of all the restaurant waiter was very helpful.
