Had a suite with separate rooms, which was a very nice and unique feature. The beds and bedding we're so comfortable!! Shades kept the light out. Breakfast was very good. I do think cleanliness could definitely be better, top of fridge was super dusty, corners of floors and grout lines, elevator buttons noticeably dirty.

The suite we reserved didn't have sheets or blankets for the pull out couch, and the hotel was not able to provide any for our first night there. They also ran out of towels at the pool and could not replace them. Our room was not clean, coffee was left in the coffee maker, we found someone's tweezers on the floor, and there were spills in the refrigerator. There were noisy children playing in the halls until 2 am, when several guests scolded them and walked them to their room. The breakfast selection was ok.

This is the second time in a month I’ve stayed at Hilton Homewood and it’s the second time my room wasn’t ready at check in. This time I was 2 hours after check in and told the room would be 30/45 minutes. Upgraded for faster internet and didn’t see any difference in speed. Also front desk was not able to assist in connecting an Apple TV to the Wi-Fi. Paper thin walls and excessive noise were a problem at this location as well
