Absolutely will never stay here again. Waited over 4 hours for the car to be Vallet parked. Despite this, only to have to come down at 2 am to park it in the garage across the street in the garage. Parking garage had been being used as a bathroom. There were human feces all over on stairs, and the area for the elevator had feces all over, and someone threw rock salt on it instead of actually cleaning. Then to have to pay $50 for that a joke.The smell was so bad we decided to walk to SCAD and from SCAD because of this issue (Close to 3 miles) Room was dirty but who wants to wait 30 mins more mins in line to address issues. No kinda direction in lobby with 1100 kids in the lobby at check out. All our stuff got knocked out of the cart cause it was chaos. I did let them at the desk, and the guy just shrugged. We come to this area 1 once a mouth, but we will never stay here again. I will let all the new SCAD parents that I know that your facility is unorganized and that you are nickeled and dimed to death for so many issues. I will say the waitress upstairs with black hair was amazing 👏. We even told her about our experience, and she did apologize for all the issues and was mortified.

I was over charged. I was charged a valet charge 45.00, one was credited the other was not. Valet was paid seperately when we arrived. Due to front desk staff who was horrible told me that I had to do. There is another fee that I was charged of 62.00 my receipt does not reflect any of those charges.

The elevator was not working properly, finally opened up the service elevator for us. If you pushed the down button the one elevator that was working on the South tower took twenty minutes before it finally stopped on the floor where it was called.

We stayed here during a business trip to Atlanta. The property is fantastic! Very clean. The courtyard with the indoor pool isa very nice touch.
