Diamond Hotel in Manila

Pros: Staff, location, room
Location: Located close to many attractions
Hotel is classy, professional staff who go out of their way to satisfy you, room was clean and spacious. Location on Roxas Blvd overlooking Manila Bay is close to many attractions, Mall of Asia, Rizal Park, Manila Ocean Park and other sites. Café is buffet or menu, buffet is good.

Thrilla in Manila

Cons: I would only suggest that they have a gift shop with better selection of items than the current Sundry location on the 1st Floor.
Location: The hotel is close to many attractions and the taxi rates are very reasonable. Mall of Asia, Rizal Park, Fort Santiago, Cathedral of Manila, Binondo
Enjoyed my 8 night stay at the Diamond Hotel. The Hotel is very well maintained, the staff are very professional and the room was extremely comfortable and very peaceful. I had no issues during my stay. WIFI worked to perfection, Elevators were extremely prompt and fast, the breakfast was very good, Security was consistent and reassuring, the pool area was clean and tranquil. I had read many reviews prior to my arrival and was a little concerned about the hotel. After my stay I must profusely disagree with the negative reviews and I understand that everyone has their own opinion but I could not find anything wrong with the Diamond Hotel. I would highly recommend this Hotel.
