The toilet need to be upgraded, the room is very old fashion with very poor lighting and the tv need fixing and only two outlets in the whole guest room (one with the tv and one in the bathroom with the hair dryer), so to charge my cell phone l have to p!ug out the tv, also to make coffee l have to plug out the tv. The bathroom plug is too high. Otherwise the room is clean and comfortable. The ambiance is great. The hotel itself is beautiful.

Loved the location, less than 5 mins away from the airport. Had it’s own private beach right on site. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wasn’t a fan of the tiny ants in the bathroom but it really didn’t hurt and probably should be expected in a tropical climate.

Probably one of the nicer hotels on Tobago

Pros: Great view. Right on the leeward side of the island so waves are minimal. Safe sandy beach for younger children. Shops sell jewelry, local paintings.
Cons: An elevator or at least a ramp between floors for Senior visitors. Improved and free Internet would be appreciated. Current system costs extra.
Location: Close to good snorkeling at Buccoo reef and Nylon Pool. Pigeon Point Heritage Park is a well landscaped and maintained park definitely worth a visit.
Probably one of the nicer hotels in Tobago but not quite a "World Class" hotel. For anyone who has trouble going up or down stairs I would not recommend this hotel. It has no elevator and the dining is either one level up or down from the lobby. This fact is not mentioned in the pre-booking information and it should be. Travelocity's advertisement did not mention meal plans that are available. They should as the cost of the upscale restaurant is expensive. The hotel was only partially full so there was a lot of staff to cater to your needs. It might be a bit crowded with full occupancy.

Thank you for your feedback. All of our room categories offer locations on ground floor as well as upper floor to cater for mobility challenges. We offer complimentary internet access on one of two stations located just off our main lobby. Wifi access on a personal device requires an additional fee. Your comments are appreciated.

Pros: location and beach access
Cons: Customer Service, Rooms need upgrading, Systems need modernizing, Guttering is leaking.......its just generally rundown.
Rooms and service are very disappointing. Initial interactions with staff are stiff and unfriendly. A couple of the staff may warm up within a conversation but at first interaction no smiles. The rooms are incredibly dated........haven't been modernized in any way, and the last update seems solidly in the bad 80's. What this hotel does have at its advantage is its location. Close to the airport, restaurants and shopping. Also has a great little beach / lagoon right on your hotel room doorstep. That advantage makes it worth staying at. Overall average at best but with LOTS of potential to be great. Just hire and train new staff with a customer service focus and SPEND SOME MONEY TO UPGRADE THE SHABBY ROOMS.
