Hotel Banana Azul was the perfect home base for exploring the Caribbean coast. Wonderful, helpful, thoughtful staff, pretty good food in the restaurant, and lovely grounds. It was easy to get into and back from town, and the hotel beach was nice for walking on, and playing in the waves (since it was kind of rainy while we were there). The shop across the way was an added bonus. We also did the massage on the beach and the tour to the Jaguar Rescue Center/Punta UVA through the hotel’s company, and they were both A . Highly recommend!

It’s absolutely beautiful. Plan on coming back. The staff was great, food was good, and it was great to be able to sit right on the beach.

Private individual bungalow very nice large front & back patio. Fresh water outdoor tub. Beach with lawn chairs, grass umbrellas on site bar/ drinks. Great food! Breakfast included. Staff wonderful. Highly recommend. Teresa. From Alaska
