The building was run down and falling apart. Peeling wallpaper, cracks that were poorly painted in the headboard of both beds, mold on the ceiling above the shower,and many other examples. We were given no notice that the pool was out of commission which feels intentional. Paying $250 a night to stay there is outrageous. I would not pay $100 to stay there.

The staff is so so nice and willing to work with you. The beds clean, desks clean, freezer dirty, curtains in room has something brown on them. I feel the property can use major fixing but honestly the staff was on point and so friendly that’s big!

The staff was very friendly and did their best to help, we were supposed to have an accessible room with roll-in shower and sofa bed but ended up finding out upon check-in that the accessible room didn't have the sofa bed so we took the standard room but had to go to Walmart and buy pillows and a blanket for our children's bed as there were none in the room and we were told when we asked that the hotel was out of them. The pool area was full of unsupervised children who were jumping on people and running around knocking things into the pool and when someone went to the manager about it she made the kids leave but they returned a few minutes later cursing at guests in the hot tub and doing the same things again without any parent supervision. Will definitely think twice before booking here again in the future as I ended up spending extra money for our kids to be comfortable after spending $125 for the nights stay.
