The inn was as advertised very clean room was large and received a nice greeting at the front desk. Beds were very comfortable.

On our way to our stay at the Colonial Inn, the county's COVID rating degraded, so we would have to quarantine if we went through with our reservation. The hotel refused to work with us with this situation, and charged us for not showing up. A credit for a SAFE future visit, would have been appreciated.

Thank you for you for your review, although troubling to read. We have never charged any guest for cancellation regarding COVID concerns, and this reservation was no exception. Looking through our detailed notes, this reservation was a no-show. We attempted to contact you the day after your scheduled arrival to see if you were still going to make it for the remainder of your 2-night stay. We were unable to reach you by phone. Nearly a month later on 9/17, we received a call from the booking agency claiming that the reservation should have been cancelled. We explained that we never received the cancellation and if we had, we would have most certainly issued a refund (even on the day of arrival, against the standard policy). We are sorry that you experienced miscommunication with your booking agency, however I can assure you that there was no notice prior to your stay regarding your cancellation. If there had been, we would have been more than happy to issue a full refund, especially considering the circumstances around the pandemic.

Close to town and Marginal Way. Very clean and everyone I saw (guests and staff) were wearing masks. Woukd definitely stay here again.

The hotel was lovely! The lobby and porch had inviting areas to sit and relax. The lady who checked us in was helpful and pleasant. We especially liked Phil who worked at the front desk and also worked at the bar area. He was so friendly and kind.
The room was clean and the staff were responsive to any needs we had. We also sat at the pool whichvCard also had a relaxing jacuzzi.
The inn is in a great location for walking downtown, the beach or Perkins Cove. I would stay here again.

The hotel is very well maintained and the amenities are luxurious. Fresh baked cookies in the beautiful lobby are an added bonus!
