Location was great! Convenient to everything. Owner is very accommodating, really nice and easy going.

Pros: The above experience took over, only saving grace was the location and the two attendants who checked us in who could not have cared less when told.
Cons: Management so guest are assured a nights sleep after travelling to get there and not getting rest.
Location: Wildwood NJ
We had the Room 2 from hell with the ice maker facing us when we came out of our room. There was a cubby where people congregated to go up to pool. Rules were not adhered to as to closing 10PM to 10AM and loud people congregated outside our door swearing and speaking loudly. 6 rooms rented to this group up over us and something was being vacumed around1AM and the icemaker being used until 2AM. The shower head was broken and mold on the shower curtain, No hair dryer. Deadbolt malfunctioned and locked us in our room 9AM and Smoke alarm went off when shower used with remaining person in room. We had traveled 6 hours to get there and went to dinner and expected to sleep by 11+PM. We had booked a room in advance androom not made up when we check in.

Rat hole

Ill spend the extra money to get away from the hood rats and ghetto atmosphere. ..management was super nice though
