Obviously, the whole island is still recovering from the hurricanes of 2017. This property included. This is a beautiful property in a beautiful setting. And if you are a beach person there is a wonderful sandy beach a short walk away down the driveway. The wifi was strong and worked well. So, now the negatives: We stayed on a Friday evening, breakfast wasn't served until 8:15 am Saturday morning. That is not good at all if you desire to eat and leave early. The all-in-one kitchen did not work. The sink functioned, but the fridge and cooktop did not function. I don't care about TV, but for those that do, it didn't work either. The pool was being renovated and was not open for use. Too bad, or we would have used it. The office area was a little difficult to find when we arrived to check-in. A sign would have been nice. All parking is in the grass. Again, a sign to that affect would have been helpful. Our stay was in mid January 2019. I hope they continue to improve the property. The landscape was very nice with lots of tropical foilage. Overall I felt very safe there, but it was a little too pricey for so many things not working.

Pros: Quiet location and setting and not pretentious.
Icis was/is in a quiet, jungly setting with beautiful plants and nighttime chorus of frogs, etc. Beverly and staff were very helpful and accommodating.
