This is my second time coming to this location and I would return. PROS: 1. Breakfast was always good too because you were offered Mexican and American options. 2. Easy check in / out 3. Pleasant front desk people 4. Quiet rooms /area 5. Multiple restaurants nearby 6. Close to the airport CONS: 1. The hotel offers to help qith excursions; however, the person took too long to get back at me, so I went with another company. 2. The bathroom tiles can use a bit of bleach and scrubbing, especially, the grout areas. 3. Small rooms /bathroom

What I liked was how personal and helpful the staff was. They helped us get around and made suggestions about tours. What I didn't like was the small room size. Everything felt compact especially the bathroom which needs more hooks and shelf space.

10 taxi ride to airport...300 pesos. Hotel supplies shuttle starting at 8am. Well trained hotel staff. Many places to eat, walking distance. Great cafe with fantastic waffles just across the street. Walmart next to hotel too. Great for those last minute items. $110 US for a night.

I requested a third bed for the same room to rest all three guests independently. There was no extra sofa/bed available.

Very nice hotel. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Pros: The room was very nice and the hotel staff were extremely helpful. You always get back what you give though in life. Be pleasant and get in return.
Cons: Air conditioning would make noise out in the hall but it's a flow return issue I think. Still it works well and they are aware. Still a value for you.
Location: Restaurants available and grocery too. Have to travel for other things. They have a travel or excursion desk on the lobby floor also. They are helpful
The hotel is situated in a close proximity to places to eat and grocery shop. They have a snack purchase 24 hrs but always a good idea to shop your snacks at a store. In room refrig and tv of course. Coffee pot in the room too. Safe was helpful also. Only issue is the present night life is a cab ride away unless you get a car. Taxi's are something to watch. Cheaper to go than to come back. Conversion is good rate at the banks. Money exchanges are not as good but works too
