Best customer service in Cancun.

My family and I just came back from CanCun. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Hotel and we had a wonderful experience.
When arriving to the front dest, we had a quick check in and got courtesy welcome drinks sent to our room.
I can say that everyone was great; special Thank you to the girls cleaning our room in the evenings, they were exceptionally good.
We had breakfast in the buffet restaurant every morning and not only the food was good, but the service was great. It was not cheap; about $33 per person but the service was worth it.
The hotel needs some work as it is on the older side, but really, I would not go to any other hotel just because of the wonderful people at the Ritz.
The only not so good experience during my week stay at the Ritz was with a lady from the concierge desk, I believe her name was Yoko. I went to ask her about suggestions for a Mexican restaurant and she gave me the information, but she did not volunteer to make the reservation for us, we had to ask her to do it. I believe she is the only person I met who did not have the culture of customer service everyone else showed.
In all, I can say that this is my second time at the Ritz Cancun and we have decided we will be staying there next time.
