1st time I ever stayed at a Ritz-Carlton and I have to say that I'm ruined for life, now I'm spoiled and only want to stay with the Ritz!. No comparison to any other hotels . Just try it and you'll be hooked :)

Elegant, clean, quiet and beautiful resort. Excellent cuisine at the Club Grill, it's earn our 3 Michelin stars. Friendly and caring staffs. We'll definitely comeback . Strongly recommend

The Ritz Carlton Cancun exceeded our expectations from check in to check out. While we originally did not book with Ritz, our vacation was literally saved by them. Having a very bad experience at Grand Oasis during day one. I utilized Hotels.com right in the lobby of Not So Grand Oasis to book my stay at Ritz that night for the next 4 nights. Night and Day difference and what a beautiful view from the Ritz. We made friends with Ivan at the pool and her took good care of us each day we lounged and relaxed poolside or at the beach. Amazing buffet breakfast that I highly recommend to anyone who loves Sunday Champange Brunch during the weekdays. Everyone smiles and is courteous at all times. We will be going back again!

Location: We visited Xel-Ha and Xplore; wonderful experience for the whole family,
My family and I just came back from CanCun. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Hotel and we had a wonderful experience. When arriving to the front dest, we had a quick check in and got courtesy welcome drinks sent to our room. I can say that everyone was great; special Thank you to the girls cleaning our room in the evenings, they were exceptionally good. We had breakfast in the buffet restaurant every morning and not only the food was good, but the service was great. It was not cheap; about $33 per person but the service was worth it. The hotel needs some work as it is on the older side, but really, I would not go to any other hotel just because of the wonderful people at the Ritz. The only not so good experience during my week stay at the Ritz was with a lady from the concierge desk, I believe her name was Yoko. I went to ask her about suggestions for a Mexican restaurant and she gave me the information, but she did not volunteer to make the reservation for us, we had to ask her to do it. I believe she is the only person I met who did not have the culture of customer service everyone else showed. In all, I can say that this is my second time at the Ritz Cancun and we have decided we will be staying there next time.

Ritz was great, service amazing, I think his name was Tarik who had great attention to our problems with hotels.com, since Ritz did not have our reservation, the fare could not be honored, neither the breakfast for 2 adults included in the original reservation. Ritz did great in every aspect, every where, I can't say the same about hotels.com I will return to the Ritz for sure, best service I got anywvere, in years!
