Located on the beach, Seadust Cancún All Inclusive Family Resort is in Cancun's Zona Hotelera neighborhood. La Isla Shopping Mall and Market 28 are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Delfines Beach and Tortuga Beach. Aquaworld and Cancun Interactive Aquarium are not to be missed.
This property is very worn in places and outdated. Its like stepping into 1992. Although the property was clean and not smelly it was worn in many places. The kids water park was very dangerous with multiple slides have caution tape across water slides and crack on slides and poor paint patch jobs are evident. The main pool also had cement cracks all around it. Our bathroom was also quite poor. The air conditioner was set at 24.5 C during the day and you could not adjust it. The food was not great and we all now are suffering from Travelers diarrhea. We had to ask 3 times for a bottle of water and then we had to buy the water after that. They suggested you refill the bottle from the water fountain and this water tasted terrible so we didn't continue to use it. Coffee was terrible too. The good things were the pool out front was good, the beach is as good as any along the Hotel Zona, the entertainment staff was good, the check-in process was fast and efficient, and all staff was working hard to help guests and keep the place clean. You get what you pay for as it was cheap to stay at, but we would suggest you spend a bit more and stay somewhere else. Overall, they are trying, but the food and drinks are terrible and its dangerous in places.
