The customer service was excellent!Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.The room was decent.Drinks were tasty and strong.The beach is beautiful, as expected.The location was good. We took the public bus ($1.00 USD) to go shopping at the flea market and to the clubs.The ride was about 15-20 minutes.There were a few issues I must say.On the first night, I went to shower after my friend showered and the water stopped running. No water from the shower nor the sink. We called down to the front desk and after about 30 minutes the issue was corrected. No one notified us that it was working, I just kept turning it on and off every minute or so. It would have been nice if we were notified. 2) The food from the two restaurants, steakhouse and Italian,were not good at all. The buffet and the outdoor snack bar had the best food. That's where we ate most of our meals. I think they should have a Mexican restaurant in there. I would have liked to have made to order authentic Mexican food. 3) While at the steakhouse I did see a flying waterbug. The waiter also saw it and quickly handled it. Gross, but I guess I can understand. We just made sure to always keep our luggage zipped. 4)From inside the room, we were able to hear everything that was happening in the hallway. It was pretty quiet while we were there, but I can imagine that being annoying during their busy season. Overall, I enjoyed my time in Cancun and at this resort. The price was good and I would return.
