True beachfront boutique resort

Pros: Beach location, pool area, personal attention.
Cons: Making it adults only instead adults oriented resort, since there is absolutely nothing there catering to children.
Location: In the heart of Cancun, close to downtown, prime spot in the Hotel Zone, beachfront.
This was our third stay here, we always feel welcomed and are recognized as return guests. We've had excellent time, their pools and beach area are unbeatable. The entertainment team keeps you happy all day long. The restaurants serve delicious food. The nighttime shows are very good. The resort is doing some outside renovations and is changing their A/C system for quieter and more efficient one, however if you spend your day at the pool or beach area the renovations are not bothersome at all. We had a Suite that came with a personal butler to fulfill any requests we might have. Very nice touch. Thank you Sandos. We will be back.

Amazing location, hotel and staff

I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to go to Cancun! The staff is absolutely amazing and pays so much attention to detail. Adan, Liz, Valeria and Eduardo where by far the best and made my experience there amazing. I love that it was a calmer hotel and not many children where there. The food was really good as well. I will definitively go back to his hotel when we go back!

Clean hotel overall, excellent comodity on the bea

Pros: Nice rooms, very clean, excellent comodity on the beach&pool, excellent music.
Cons: Maybe to have a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, instead of restaurants way of serving food.
Location: La Isla Shopping Mall is near , all sorts of night clubs, museum, lot of restaurants... Its your pick. PS you have to visit Chichen Itza and cenote.
If you ever meet cook Mr. Ismeal and Madam Yuribeth, you have to try their dishes. Very clean rooms and all facilities in hotel. Concierge Mr Jesus will help you with all of your needs. DJ and sax player were excellent. All the words of praise to the people above. Thank you

Good time

The customer service was excellent!Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.The room was decent.Drinks were tasty and strong.The beach is beautiful, as expected.The location was good. We took the public bus ($1.00 USD) to go shopping at the flea market and to the clubs.The ride was about 15-20 minutes.There were a few issues I must say.On the first night, I went to shower after my friend showered and the water stopped running. No water from the shower nor the sink. We called down to the front desk and after about 30 minutes the issue was corrected. No one notified us that it was working, I just kept turning it on and off every minute or so. It would have been nice if we were notified. 2) The food from the two restaurants, steakhouse and Italian,were not good at all. The buffet and the outdoor snack bar had the best food. That's where we ate most of our meals. I think they should have a Mexican restaurant in there. I would have liked to have made to order authentic Mexican food. 3) While at the steakhouse I did see a flying waterbug. The waiter also saw it and quickly handled it. Gross, but I guess I can understand. We just made sure to always keep our luggage zipped. 4)From inside the room, we were able to hear everything that was happening in the hallway. It was pretty quiet while we were there, but I can imagine that being annoying during their busy season. Overall, I enjoyed my time in Cancun and at this resort. The price was good and I would return.

El personal es muy atento y amable. La comida no es tan buena para ser un all inclusive los restaurantes no siempre están abiertos.

Regadera mal diseñada.

Cons: La salida a la zona de albercas y la playa.
La regadera en el baño de mi habitación 309 está mal diseñada, ya que se sale el agua al bañarse.
