Nice beach, But....

The pool had black algae, dirty, tiles falling apart. I wouldn't let my kids in the pool . We ended up going to another hotel. This hotel has so many potential to be a 5 star property. They really need to remodeled the pools.

Com algumas criticas, foi justo o custo beneficio

Pros: Da atençao por parte dos funcionarios
Cons: O ar condicionado principalmente dos quartos e o serviço de praia
Location: Excelente localizaçao, tanto lazer como comercio
O hotel e extremamente quente, mesmo apos varias reclamaçoes nada melhorou foi nos dito que o hotel tinha um sistema de termostato que nao permitia temperatura abaixo de 25°, mas estava sempre a cima disso, nem mesmo no rool e elevadores,

Hotel on the beach

Pros: Great views, clean, right on the beach, and great price!
Location: Hotel is right on the beach, walking distance to shopping, and walking distance to many night life attractions(Senior Frogs, Coco Bongo, Hard Rock)
This hotel provided a great experience for my wife and I. We enjoyed the great spa experience, the hotel view of the beach, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and bars at the beach and the pool.

Food was good, staff was TERRIBLE

Pros: The food& location was good, Daniel and Yolanda made our trip amazing. Room was cleaned well and always stocked with beer and water.
Cons: AC in the lobby and elevators, staff should not consistently ask for tips, shouldn't have to sign when you want something as little as a water
Location: close to the beach, convenient store across the way, walking distance to downtown and the shops, dolphin swimming right across the street
I traveled with 5 other people booking a total of 3 rooms. Our initial thought upon arrival was amazing. We were greeted with donuts and bottled water, check-in was smooth and easy, front desk women were very nice. One of our rooms wasn't ready yet, so we went the The Grill to eat since we had been traveling all day. The service was TERRIBLE. We got our food in waves, werent offered any water, barely saw our waiter (it was if we were in a corner and forgotten about) and as our food actually arrived, it wasn't any good. The pool staff were the best! HUGE THANK YOU TO DANIEL; everyday that he was working he did his best to make sure we got what we needed/wanted; from water to drinks to food, he was amazing. I can't express how frustrating it was that there was no place on the resort to get food from from 11:00am-12:00pm; not even room service. The food that they had at the one buffet was OK but my group and I found ourselves avoiding it due to the staff were literally asking us for tips, even if all they had done was pour water. The staff are so expecting of tips that it was becoming quite annoying; especially seeing how our group ALWAYS tips anyways, even though our price included taxes and gratuities. They consistently made us feel like we owed them something after everything. At the bar in the lobby, Yolanda was AMAZING. We couldn't say enough good things about her; she was GREAT. The rooms were comfortable but the lobby and the elevators were scorching hot, no AC at all.

nice hotel near to the beach we love it

Pros: is close to every where
Cons: new bathrooms on rooms
Location: close to restaurants clubs and malls
our second time in this hotel ...good experience friendly staff

Okay but wouldnt go back.

Service was slow and unfriendly. The room was fine, basic. The bathroom needed some maintenance. The food was mediocre. The pool are was ok.
