Nice hotel close to beach

I bought along some food and I opened it whilst my stay and it was infested with ants!

The hotel is in convinent location

One of the female staff at the check in counter was very rude otherwise the whole time everything was good.

Good hotel but not just now

Pros: Close to the beach and friendly staff.
Cons: AC is not available in the general area of the building. Only in the rooms, but the AC there is freezing cold and you have no way of controlling it.
Location: Plenty of places around, to eat, to drink, to look around.
In general, the hotel works fine for the guests. But there are issues such as not being able to pay in cash for your services that are troublesome, since no one tells you about it when you first register. There is a huge construction going on next to the place and it's right at the entrance of the facilities, so sometimes the exit is blocked on one way or the other.

Hotel bem localizado, limpo, sem muitas mordomias

O hotel e bem localizado na zona hoteleira, perto do Coco Bongo e Hard Rock Café. O quarto é limpo e no caso, tinha uma vista bonita para o mar. O sistema de toalhas para piscina é com cartão - se entrega o cartão, se pega a toalha. Uma das piscinas estava em reforma. Houve um casamento na beira da praia que causou bastante barulho mesmo em andar alto. O serviço na beira da praia cobra para utilização dos bangalôs.

O quarto estava de acordo com o reservado: quarto altitude com uma linda vista para o mar e silencioso. A parte da praia melhor de Cancún realmente fica em frente a este hotel: mar calmo e com uma larga faixa de areia. Ponto negativo: tudo muito caro no bar da praia e só pode pagar com cartão de crédito.
