BEWARE, the pictures are very deceiving!

First, and very important for our family, was having enough palapas, or covered outside seating. The pictures on this site are 100% not representative of the beach, especially not the seating! The two rows of tan covered seating in the picture, DO NOT EXIST! There are two rows of the white covered beds, right up against the hotel do exist, but can only be used by the rooms they are outside of, which are a minimum of $100-200 upcharge-RIDICULOUS! The two upscale restaurants require male guests to wear close toed shoes and nowhere on this site did it state those requirements! We booked an all inclusive vacation to Cancun, the last week in August. Why would anyone wear close toed shoes in that heat, and no the hotel was not air conditioned very well at all! Wherever you went in the hotel, it was hot and humid. The food was not good, the alcoholic beverages lacked alcohol, and overall it was a terrible stay, experience, and vacation. This was our fifth trip to Cancun, but our first and last stay at this hotel. I cannot think of one good thing about this place. The pictures are very, very deceiving!!!!
