It was great but the airline made us stay one more day, we were supposed to be home by then but wasn't able to.

Perfect stay in Cancun, Mexico

This is the first review I have EVER left for a hotel/resort, but Crown Paradise Club, Cancun, Mexico deserves the recognition. After reading some of the reviews I was a little nervous about what to expect. When we arrived, all of my worries went away. The resort was absolutely beautiful, and more than I expected. All of the staff, waiters, and bartenders were amazing. My six year old son had a blast and made friends with several of them. They really do make the experience fun and exciting for children. There are tons of activities to keep everyone busy. The pool/ocean/views were beautiful, the grounds were very well kept, the beach was clean and gorgeous, the nightly shows were excellent and a must to attend, the buffet was good, and the restaurants were great. Everything was explained to us upon arrival, and there was always someone available to assist with any additional questions. My son had so much fun in the Jetix game room each night, he loved the zip line, water slides, and kid cocktails at the bar. The staff works around the clock to make the resort enjoyable for their guests. We could not have picked a better resort for all of the activities Crown Paradise has to offer. This was not our first trip to Cancun, but was our first time to stay at Crown Paradise, and we will definitely be back. Thank you Crown Paradise Club for the best family vacation!!

Ok hotel for family with young kids-close to beach

We went for 7 days and it rained a lot. The hotel floors were very slippery, dangerously slippery. there were areas in the hotel covered in inches of rain. The hotel staff were very nice. However you can't speak to anyone at the hotel about reservations you have to call to ask about anyting related to your reservation, the reservation staff were very rude! they would not accommodate us, They were not friendly at all. Our Kids liked there little water park, the zipline wasn't working and the big slides were on the other side of the hotel. Over all we made it work but hope they fix up the hotel and train the reservation staff to be respectful and work with customers.

Family friendly

My biggest complaints about this hotel are that you have people in the lobby who are trying to sell timeshare and will not leave you alone. Even on our 8th day as we are waiting for shuttle to airport we had a guy come try to talk to us again. Also, the dinner reservation things is odd. Especially, when the restaurants are seemingly empty! Other than that, the food was good, the staff mostly super friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

Pressured and Disappointed

As soon as we arrived at the hotel and checked in we were pulled aside by hotel staff. We lost more than half an hour listening to the staff member that was offering a free breakfast for next day at "Los Gallos" restaurant; with the condition of listening to someone for ninety minutes and give them two major credit cards. This is an all inclusive hotel. Ninety minutes of my vacation time is gold for us. We refused to accept their breakfast offer at "Los Gallos" restaurant but we were confronted by the breakfast manager who was very upset at us for not accepting the breakfast offer and not wanting to give them two major credit cards. Other than that the staff at the children's area are excellent, the buffet at "La Palapa" restaurant was delicious and the servers were amazing. Yet, we will not returned. I don't want to be forced into purchasing anything that we don't want. We just wanted to enjoy our vacation!

Great All-Inclusive!

Cons: More daily activities by the pool for older kids!
Crown Paradise has everything for all ages! Super staff who never say "no"!

Our 50 th wedding anniversary

Had a wonderful time !!!! Celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary . The housekeeping decorated our room every day with rose petals and carnations plus an early room cleaning which we loved . The bar tenders at the pool were excellent (Joel and one ther) fabulous . The French restaurant server went out of his way to make our dinner so special!! We can not say enough good things about the staff the food and the accommodations We are coming back in November with our family

Horrible vacation ever!

Please don't stay here pay a little more for a better hotel... From the moment we arrived the service sucked check in took forever when we finally got our room it was not what the pictures showed we got the 2nd floor right on top of the lobby bar. We had traveled all day my kids and my husband and I were exhausted sadly we could not sleep due to all the screaming at the bar ... Finally I had enough I called the front desk nothing was done . The next morning I asked to be moved and was told sorry they could not I was very angry I mentioned I was unhappy they apologized and went on their business ... I reviewed on Expedia on a quick email I received and said what happened they started sending fruit and chocolate to our room .. Really!!! That wasn't going to fix our 5 sleepless nights. When I purchased this package with this hotel it said all inclusive well come to find out we could only use the Buffett which was disgusting they did have other a la carte resturants but we could only use them if we made reservations which were never available. The only thing that was ok was they had free wifi and the kids club was ok ... The people in the front harassed you if you left the resort I think they want you to do the time share there .. If I want to leave to another place that's my business not there's . their hard beds which made noise by any moves and the pillows were stuffed with who knows they were so uncomfortable. I have been to cancun 6 times this was the worse experien
