To Confirm Your Reservation: To confirm your reservation please send half of the total rental fee within one week of making your reservation. If the deposit is not received within two weeks of making your reservation, the reservation will be cancelled. Credit cards are the preferred choice of payment, however cheques can also be used. Once the reservation is made an email will be sent to determine the best form of payment for the deposit as well as the balance. The balance must be received one week prior to the arrival date or the reservation will be cancelled.

Once the deposit is received and cleared at the bank a confirmation email will be sent to you.

ONE WEEK PRIOR TO DEPARTURE: It is best to arrange a shuttle from Cancun Airport to the Puerto Juarez Ferry Terminal provided through Best Day.

YOUR ARRIVAL TO CANCUN: Meet the Best Day driver just outside the airport terminal. The shuttle will take you to the Puerto Juarez Ferry Terminal. From there you will purchase a round trip ticket to Isla Mujeres.

YOUR ARRIVAL TO ISLA MUJERES: Once you have booked your reservation you will need to provide your arrival time to Cancun Airport so that the property manager can meet you at the house to provide the keys and give a tour of the house.
