Loud, poor service, no wifi, sketchy, food quality was poor, beach chairs on top one another. Find a different hotel.

For us, it is important to tell you, that is the continuous follow-up to each of your comments and suggestions with the aim of providing a better service.
It seems very strange to say that the quality of food is very poor, if we have a great variety of food using the best products and a highly professional staff.
With respect to the internet, we believe that include the cost of the service within the regular rate, as most of the hotels do so, it is a disadvantage for people who shall not make use of it, so leave consideration of each if you want to hire your.
If your room was noisy, you may report it to reception so that they provide it with another room, where noise, all in order to remain of your choice is not heard.
